As our new Accountant, Travel and Expense , you'll be executing end-to-end travel and expense accounting activities, including compliance checks, account reconciliation, and stakeholder support, that keep our financial operations running smoothly across multiple markets. What you will be doing As a key part of the Travel & Expense team, you'll create impact by ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely resolution of travel and expense processes that support Grundfos employees and stakeholders worldwide. Your main responsibilities include: Perform compliance checks on assigned markets via SAP Concur and ensure adherence to company travel policies Execute accounts reconciliation on assigned markets and review monthly accrual files for accuracy Support T&E users by processing and resolving ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner Provide financial reports as required by local stakeholders to meet statutory reporting needs Liaise with Citibank on tasks and concerns relating to corporate credit card management Collaborate with requestors and approvers to process expense reports efficiently What makes you a great fit Above all, you're a detail-oriented finance professional with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine sense of accountability and teamwork. We'd also imagine that you are/have: At least 5 years of shared services center experience in Accounts Payable or Travel & Expense Finance or Accounting degree Fluent written and oral English communication skills Strong working knowledge of MS Excel Proven problem-solving skills with a strong sense of duty and responsibility Finance or Accounting degree Experience with accounts reconciliation processes Familiarity with SAP Concur or similar travel and expense management systems Why you'll love working here Day to day, you can look forward to: A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
