Compensation & Benefits

Expected total cash compensation at plan: $39,440–$51,920/yr. $2,000 at-plan annual crew bonus ($500 per quarter at target). This estimate excludes the value of benefits and discretionary annual company profit sharing.

• $18–$24/hr starting (top-25% base pay for this market)
