CDL Driver (Class A)

<p>The CDL Driver transports HVAC equipment, plumbing materials, and supplies between our warehouse, supplier locations, and job sites across the Las Vegas valley.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely on local routes</li>
<li>Pick up equipment and materials from suppliers and deliver to the warehouse and job sites</li>
<li>Load, secure, and unload freight (condensers, air handlers, water heaters, palletized materials) using a forklift, pallet jack, liftgate, and hand truck</li>
<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report vehicle issues</li>
<li>Maintain logs, delivery paperwork, and bills of lading per DOT and FMCSA regulations</li>
<li>Verify orders against paperwork and report shortages or damage</li>
<li>Coordinate timing and changes with dispatch, warehouse staff, and field technicians</li>
<li>Support warehouse receiving, staging, and inventory counts as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Valid Class A CDL</li>
<li>Current DOT medical card</li>
<li>1+ year of verifiable commercial driving experience</li>
<li>Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in extreme heat</li>
<li>Knowledge of load securement and hours-of-service rules</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Forklift certification</li>
<li>Experience hauling HVAC, plumbing, or construction materials</li>
<li>Liftgate or flatbed experience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Schedule</strong><br>Monday–Friday, early morning start. Occasional Saturdays during peak season.</p>
