<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Install, service, and repair commercial overhead doors, rolling steel doors, sectional doors, high-speed doors, dock levelers, and truck restraints.</li>
<li>Diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting, and complete repairs independently.</li>
<li>Conduct preventative maintenance (PMs) on commercial equipment.</li>
<li>Read work orders and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.</li>
<li>Ensure all work meets safety standards and jobsite requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain tools, equipment, and service truck in good condition.</li>
<li>Document work performed with accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>3+ years</strong> of hands-on experience with <strong>commercial doors</strong>, loading dock equipment, or similar mechanical trades.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in industrial environments.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently on installs and service calls.</li>
</ul>
