This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities. <p></p>
<ul>
<li>Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing systems including:
<ul>
<li>Domestic water systems</li>
<li>Sanitary and storm drainage systems</li>
<li>Gas piping systems</li>
<li>Fixtures, valves, backflow preventers, and pumps</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Perform service work, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics</li>
<li>Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommended repairs</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and dispatch</li>
<li>Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations</li>
<li>Maintain tools, service vehicle, and jobsite cleanliness</li>
<li>Participate in on-call rotation as required</li>

<p data-start="702" data-end="725"><strong data-start="702" data-end="723">Required Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3–5 years experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing service</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Working knowledge of plumbing codes (IPC/UPC)</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record</li>
<li>Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces, rooftops, and mechanical rooms</li>
</ul>

<li>Backflow certification</li>
<li>Experience in healthcare, industrial, or institutional facilities</li>
<li>Experience with pumps, booster systems, and gas piping</li>
<li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification</li>
</ul>
