About this role
Supervises daily earthwork operations, including excavation, grading, trenching, utility installation, and site preparation. Coordinates crews, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Monitors production, site safety, grade control, and quality standards while maintaining project schedules.
