Controls Technician

Job Summary:Alliance Group is seeking full-time, experienced Controls Technicians in West Lebanon, NH to join our growing Building Automation/Controls team.  This is a field-based position that is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various building automation systems.  This person will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation systems, energy management, network communications, and build and maintain strong customer relationships.  We are willing to train the right person!! · Safely perform scheduled preventive maintenance routines with senior technician.· Assist in commissioning and startup to ensure proper operation of systems.· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, hardware, and software.· Diagnose communication problems.· Create, load, test, and tune system databases.· Install, replace, and recommission control systems devices, equipment, and software.· Provide on-site training to customers.
* Create and maintain accurate test records and other documentation.
