Role Overview Customer Experience Specialist (2025-1199) Role Overview • We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who turns customers into loyal advocates. You’ll be the front line for questions, issues, and feedback—owning each interaction from first touch to resolution, and closing the loop with thoughtful follow-through that improves our products, services, and processes. What You Bring • 2+ years in customer support, customer success, help desk, or service operations (high-volume environment preferred). - Strong written and verbal communication; calm under pressure and great at de-escalation. - Proficiency with a modern CRM/Help Desk and collaboration tools (e.g., Zendesk/Salesforce/HubSpot; Slack/Teams). - Organized multitasker with excellent follow-through and attention to detail. - Curious, data-aware, and process-minded; you suggest improvements, not just identify problems. - [Nice to have:] Industry experience in [your industry], billing/support workflows, basic Excel/Google Sheets skills, bilingual skills.
