The Customer Service Representative is mainly responsible for processing service requests and fulfilling customer needs to ensure complete customer satisfaction, using common and proprietary concepts, practices, and procedures within the call center environment. You'll answer incoming calls related to service, billing, and other departments; schedule service and estimate appointments promptly; schedule return trips; make outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey appointments; maintain the service technicians' daily schedules and dispatch technicians as calls are completed; and help new employees understand our brand, policies, and procedures.
This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends — hours vary from 8 am to 8 pm.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Beginner HVAC knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures
- Intermediate plumbing and drains knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate empathy
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy
- Basic knowledge of data entry and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Able to sit for long periods and work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
