The Mission
As a Customer Service Representative, you’re the steady, upbeat front line that keeps our Construction and Electrical customers moving—fast. You’ll create a polished first impression, keep information flowing, and help every interaction feel effortless.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service by phone, in person, and through electronic correspondence (including internal customers)
- Keep the lobby and front desk clean, organized, and welcoming
- Manage mail, shipments, office equipment, and supply levels (office/breakroom)
- Process documents in Spectrum and handle incoming payments
- Support the administrative team and assist with other assigned tasks
Required qualifications/skills:
- 2 years of related customer service experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication, patience, and active listening
- Strong organization, confidentiality, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Notary preferred
- Ability to sit for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbs; safely use stairs
