As our new Customer Experience Specialist (Rentals) , you'll be coordinating and driving rental projects end-to-end — from equipment assembly and manufacturing through shipment — that ensure our Water Treatment Americas customers receive reliable, on-time solutions. What you will be doing As a key part of the Water Treatment Americas - Rental Operations team, you'll create impact by managing the full lifecycle of rental projects, optimizing schedules and costs while ensuring every customer commitment is met with precision and excellence. Your main responsibilities include: Oversee project management of customer rental orders from award through shipment, including scheduling, equipment assembly, vendor coordination, and contract administration Read, interpret, and manage customer specifications, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure accurate project execution Coordinate logistics for pickup and shipment of major equipment, monitoring progress to ensure on-time delivery metrics are met Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize project costs, inventory levels, and schedules Provide pricing guidance and technical positioning support to Sales teams based on market intelligence and past project data Establish and manage budgets, cost estimates, and sub-vendor activities across projects of varying complexity What makes you a great fit Above all, you're a proactive project coordinator with strong organizational skills, customer-facing experience, and the judgment to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
