WV Supply is seeking a dependable and safety-focused DC Junior Operations Associate to support distribution operations out of Huntington, WV. This role helps ensure timely, accurate, and secure movement of materials within the warehouse. This is a full-time, onsite role for someone who enjoys active work, clear procedures, and a collaborative team environment. The position includes picking and staging orders, replenishing bins, supporting receiving and putaway, and maintaining clean, safe aisles. Pick, stage, and verify customer orders with high accuracy. Replenish primary locations and assist with receiving and putaway. Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory variances. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after certification and complete equipment checklists. Maintain housekeeping standards and follow established safety procedures. High school diploma or equivalent. Reliability, clear communication, and strong attention to detail. Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance. Warehouse, RF scanner, or WMS experience preferred; training is provided. Forklift experience or certification preferred; in-house certification is available.
