We are looking for a skilled Dispatch Service Representative to join the Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air family. The Dispatch Service Representative is mainly responsible for processing service requests and fulfilling customer needs to ensure complete customer satisfaction within the call center environment. You'll answer incoming calls related to service, billing, and other departments; schedule service and estimate appointments in a timely manner; schedule return trips; make outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey appointments; maintain the service technicians' daily schedules and dispatch technicians as service calls are completed; and help new employees understand our brand, policies, and procedures.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends — hours vary from 8 am to 8 pm.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of experience in plumbing/HVAC dispatching
  • Adept knowledge of standard plumbing/HVAC concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Advanced customer service skills and geographical knowledge of the service area
  • A strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
  • Clear, concise communication with department managers, employees, and customers
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ServiceTitan experience is a plus
  • Able to sit for long periods and work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
