Job Summary: The primary function of the District Office Manager is to oversee and direct the day-to-day flow of accounting information and communications functions of the district.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the District Manager in overseeing dealership accounting operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls.
- Supervise and support District Administrative Assistant staff, including training, coaching, and monitoring performance to ensure consistent administrative practices across all locations.
- Oversee cash receipt reporting, accounts payable administration, and the timely processing of accounting transactions for district locations.
- Coordinate payroll submissions, onboarding activities, and other related human resources processes in partnership with Human Resources and branch management.
- Ensure compliance with document retention, scanning, recordkeeping, and certification requirements through regular audits and monitoring.
- Lead district-level administrative training initiatives and communicate updates to policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Provide administrative support and guidance to department managers on personnel documentation, procedures, and operational processes.
- Manage office supply procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination while maintaining cost controls.
- Coordinate district events, meetings, and special projects as assigned.
- Support customer service operations by assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing administrative coverage when needed.
- Oversee truck deal documentation and administrative processing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Assist with account reconciliations, cash posting activities, invoice resolution, fleet reporting, and other accounting-related functions to support accurate financial reporting.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions and information
- High School diploma or the equivalent
- Two years of accounting or related experience, including accounts payable and receivable
- Ability to comprehend and implement basic management, accounting and computer programming principles.
- Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills
- Professional personal appearance
WORKING CONDITIONS:This position involves both sedentary and other work. For part of the shift, s/he will work at a desk in an office setting, doing paperwork, typing, and filing. Extensive telephone and correspondence work required on a daily basis. For part of the shift, s/he will stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach, moving about the dealership facility to communicate with managers, employees, and customers. May be required to lift up to 35 pounds. Will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.
