<div class="x_elementToProof">As a Drain Technician, you'll be the trusted expert our customers rely on to diagnose, repair, and restore their home's drainage systems.</div>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Responsibilities include:</div>

<li>Perform comprehensive drain and plumbing system inspections</li>
<li>Clear drain blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetting equipment, and other specialized tools</li>
<li>Diagnose drain and sewer system issues accurately</li>
<li>Repair and replace drainage components as needed</li>
<li>Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners</li>
<li>Deliver outstanding customer service on every call</li>
<li>Document work performed using ServiceTitan</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment</li>
<li>Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices</li>
</ul>

<li>3-5+ years of residential drain service experience</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Experience with hydro jetting and drain cleaning equipment</li>
<li>ServiceTitan experience preferred</li>
<li>Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record</li>
<li>Ability to pass background and drug screening</li>
<li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Comfortable recommending solutions that genuinely benefit customers</li>
<li>Reliable, professional, and team-oriented</li>

<div class="x_elementToProof">This position involves working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and snow. Candidates should be able to:</div>
