<p>Josko Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician specialized in multi-family and residential services to join our team in Apopka, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical systems, maintenance, and repair, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the multi-family housing sector. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in multi-family and residential install repairs according to local codes and safety standards.</li>
<li>Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly. </li>
<li>Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination of electrical work within multi-family residential projects.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to effectively execute electrical tasks.</li>
<li>Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations while maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of proven service experience in electrical work, specifically in multi-family residential settings.</li>
<li>Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and components relevant to multi-family housing.</li>
<li>Journeyman electrician's license in the state of practice.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform tasks efficiently and independently.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.</li>
<li>Commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.</li>
<li>Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and working in various conditions. · Willing to work overtime, on weekends and holidays.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li>Additional certifications or training in electrical systems or related fields.</li>
<li>Experience with low-voltage systems or renewable energy solutions.</li>
