This includes defining the strategy and roadmap for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops, applications, and collaboration tools. This role directly contributes to Bunge's strategic objectives by ensuring employees have secure, reliable, and efficient access to the technology they need to succeed. Key challenges include supporting a diverse global workforce, integrating various technologies, ensuring security and compliance, and managing costs effectively. This position presents the exciting opportunity to shape the future of Bunge's workplace technology and leverage innovative solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration. Main Accountabilities: Design, implement, and maintain Bunge’s EUC architecture, including virtual desktops, application virtualization, mobile device management, and collaboration tools, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy. Develop short-term (1 year or less) and long-term (1-3 year) strategies for the EUC environment, incorporating industry best practices, emerging technologies, and cost-effective solutions. Manage the EUC infrastructure, including capacity planning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units and IT teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective EUC solutions. This involves conducting workshops, presenting solutions, and gathering feedback. Conduct proof-of-concept projects to evaluate new EUC technologies and solutions before full-scale implementation. Analyze results and recommend solutions aligned with Bunge's strategic objectives. Provide expert-level support for EUC-related issues, troubleshooting complex problems and providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions to end-users. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for EUC architecture, systems, and processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in EUC, attending industry events, and incorporating new technologies and approaches into Bunge's EUC strategy. Translate approved project briefs/demands into Project Start Architectures (PSA). Model current and target state architectures, preferably in ArchiMate and BPMN. Gather requirements with business and IT stakeholders. Present designs to architecture review boards and guide project teams during delivery. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree on Computer Science, Technology or a related field. Minimum 3 years in a dedicated IT architecture role, and 6-10 years of experience in IT, including experience in end-user computing, systems administration. Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge (know as reference) of related disciplines. Deep understanding of EUC technologies, including desktop virtualization, application virtualization, mobile device management, and collaboration tools. Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing EUC infrastructure. Proven experience producing solution designs or PSAs. Working knowledge of TOGAF or a similar framework, and ArchiMate. Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong stakeholder management, exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
