<h2>The Role (What You'll Learn & Own)</h2>
<p>This is more than an entry-level job—you'll begin developing the <strong>technical, diagnostic, and customer service skills</strong> required to become a successful residential HVAC Service Technician.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<p><strong>HVAC Maintenance & Technical Development:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and cooling equipment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Inspect HVAC systems and components for proper operation</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Clean and maintain equipment according to company procedures</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Check filters, electrical connections, capacitors, motors, thermostats, drains, and other system components</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist with diagnosing heating and cooling system issues</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Learn proper HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Use meters, gauges, hand tools, and testing equipment appropriately</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop the ability to read wiring diagrams and equipment specifications</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Identify potential system concerns and communicate findings to experienced technicians or leadership</p>

<p>Follow manufacturer specifications and company service standards</p>

<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>

<p>21+ years old with a valid driver's license and insurable record</p>
</li>

<p>Ability to submit a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)</p>

<p>HVAC trade school or technical training: <strong>Preferred</strong></p>
</li>

<p>Previous HVAC, mechanical, construction, maintenance, or skilled-trades experience: <strong>Preferred, not required</strong></p>
