We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our install team.
Position Summary
As an Excavation Install Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians, learning the
ins and outs of underground utility work and how to safely operate the equipment that gets the
job done. Every day on the job is a chance to build real, hands-on skills you can use for the rest
of your career, in a trade that offers genuine, long-term job security.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with trenching, digging, grading, and backfilling for utility installations
• Support installation of underground piping, conduits, and drainage systems under supervision
• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily job assignments
• Learn proper use of excavation equipment, hand tools, and safety gear
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on job sites
• Perform manual labor tasks such as shoveling, lifting, compacting, and hauling materials
• Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors about work activities
