This exciting role offers a strong opportunity for an experienced Export Logistics Specialist to play a key role within Diagnostic Imaging Systems.

The Export Logistics Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, complaint, and timely execution of export shipments of medical devices from the factory to overseas destinations. You will also contribute to logistics improvement initiatives to enhance export operations, supporting Philips Health Systems in delivering advanced healthcare solutions worldwide.


Your Role:


 Export Logistics Operations -


  • Strong English Written and Verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with Philips overseas counterparts and understand shipping and logistics requirements.
  • Supervise and execute end-to-end export operations, including SAP transactions, export documentation, shipment planning, and coordination with carriers and Customs Brokers/CHAs.
  •  Hands-on experience in preparing pre-shipment documents, including Commercial Invoice and Packing List, and arranging post-shipment documents such as Shipping Bill, AWB, COO, End-Use Letters, and other applicable documents.
  • Good knowledge of customs regulations and export obligations, including GST, Duty Drawback, GR Waiver, E way Bill , Bank NOC, customs letters, Impact of HSN and related trade compliance requirements.
  • Working experience across various Export categories, including commercial Export, Free of cost Export, repair/return Export and domestic dispatches.
  •  Hands-on experience in Shipping Bill checklist verification/approval and Shipping Bill amendments.
  • Knowledge of post-shipment regulatory activities, including EDPMS lodgment through bank portals, IRM/CRN references, and bulk eBRC submission through the DGFT portal.
  •  Experience in supervising contract workers handling documentation, packaging, loading, and unloading activities will be an added advantage.
  •  Strong command of Excel and Advanced Excel and other portals , with the ability to prepare meaningful analytical and operational reports.
  •  Experience working in a factory environment, with strong cross-functional coordination across Order Management, Production, Packaging, Finance, Quality, Trade Compliance, and Logistics teams.
  •  Coordinate with Customs House Agents, carriers, and logistics partners, Local Transporter  to ensure timely customs clearance, smooth shipment execution, and cost-effective transportation solutions.

  • Collaborate with Order Management, Finance, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure timely and efficient execution of export shipments.”

SAP Cadence -


  • Knowledge of SAP (S&D)

 



You are a part of the Order-To-Cash process entails all the activities from receipt of customer order to delivery at hospital site. Within the Order-To-Cash process there are 5 key activities handled by 5 teams, namely: S&OP/Order desk, Planning & Execution Control, NPI Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Physical Distribution. You will be part of the Logistics team managing team of more than 5 contract workers.

  • Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience in export operations, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry .
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management - Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Technical Competencies – Good Knowledge of SAP (S&D) and data analytics part
  • Behavioral Strengths - You bring a customer‑focused mindset, work well in teams, and show a proactive, make‑it‑happen attitude. You are flexible, persistent, empathetic, and skilled at building bridges across organizational levels.
  • Language Skills - Able to communicate fluently and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing, across various organizational levels.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 4 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role.
