Job Duties Under direct supervision, this is an entry level position which assists in a variety of tasks in support of Property Management activities. Performs maintenance and repair tasks as directed on all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Assist in completing and maintaining plant maintenance documentation, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures. Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization. Error is readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected. Qualifications Skills are typically acquired through Possession of a Helpers or apprenticeship if required by local jurisdiction license and 2 years of experience. Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
