General Application.

We’re a growing New Mexico roofing company, and good people are how we stay that way. If none of our current openings is quite the right fit but you’d like to work with us, this is the place to apply. Tell us the kind of work you do, your experience, and the type of role you’re after, and a real person will reach out when something that matches opens up.

What you’ll do

• Work across the roofing systems we service: shingle, tile, metal, and flat/TPO.
• Contribute to a licensed, safety-minded crew that documents every job.
• Take on work that fits your skills, whether that’s in the field or in the office.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade (field and office roles both welcome).
• Reliable, safety-minded, and takes pride in doing it right.
• Valid NM driver’s license and a clean driving record for field roles.
• Tell us what you do best and where you’d like to grow.
