<p><strong>Pay</strong>: $120,000 - $160,000 per year</p>
<p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday to Friday – Day shifts, some projects may require evening shift. (Weekends as needed scheduled with notice)</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of the General Superintendent include</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee and coordinate the installation of sheet metal systems in commercial construction projects</li>
<li>Manage a team of sheet metal mechanics</li>
<li>Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget</li>
<li>Maintain the highest quality standards in the work performed</li>
<li>Review and approve shop drawings and submittals</li>
<li>Works with pre-construction, project management, and operations to forecast manpower needs and schedule accordingly</li>
<li>Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless integration of sheet metal systems</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service</li>
<li>Keep accurate records of progress and completion of projects</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualified candidates will have</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)</li>
<li>10+ years of experience as a sheet metal superintendent or similar role in commercial construction</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of sheet metal installation and fabrication techniques</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of sheet metal codes and regulations</li>
<li>Strong leadership and management skills</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and lead a team of other mechanics</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license</li>
</ul>
