The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Global Logistics Team Leader for Global Logistics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

 

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the assigned team within Global Logistics
• Performing transactional logistics activities alongside the team, including complex, non-routine, and escalated cases
• Ensuring metrics are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise
• Identifies and drives implementation of process improvement opportunities

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: 

• Previous experience working with SAP, knowledge of Spanish language will be an asset
• Education - bachelor's degree
• Past experience - Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics, Leader or supervisor experience  

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Additional Skills - project management,
• Demonstrated proficiency coordinating tasks
• Personal Attributes - Detailed oriented, communication skills, analytical skills, team player
