Job Purpose:
- The Groundskeeping position at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC is essential for maintaining the grounds around our power generation facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and visually appealing, while also supporting the proper functioning of equipment and systems related to the facility's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain landscapes and vegetation by performing tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding, and mulching lawns to ensure a well-kept appearance.
- Ensure the proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other hardscaped areas to maintain safety and accessibility.
- Operate and maintain power tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and potentially larger equipment, ensuring their safe and efficient use.
- Monitor and report any issues related to the grounds or equipment that may affect the facility's operations.
- Collaborate with other team members to support the overall maintenance and operational goals of the power plant.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
