Heavy Equipment Operator

Run dozer, excavator, and loader on mass grading and site development work across East Tennessee.

What you'll do

• Operate dozer, excavator, loader, and skid steer on active grading sites
• Cut and fill to grade stakes, GPS, and plan elevations
• Load and place material, build pads, cut ditches and swales
• Perform daily walk-arounds, greasing, and basic field maintenance
• Work safely around pipe crews, trucks, and other trades on a live site

What we're looking for

• 2+ years running heavy equipment on commercial or residential sitework
• Able to read grade stakes and work to plan elevations
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
