HVAC Crew Lead — Master HVAC (QI)

Lead an HVAC crew with a dedicated P&L and cash sharing in the gross margin you create. You are designated as a QI on the license. No employee equity or ownership interest is offered.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected total cash compensation at plan: $115,000–$130,000/yr. $30,000 at-plan annual gross-margin incentive (10% of $300,000 in collected, adjusted crew gross margin for a four-person crew), with 75% paid quarterly and 25% held for the annual true-up. This estimate excludes the value of benefits and discretionary annual company profit sharing.

Illustrative larger-operation scenario: $185,000–$200,000/yr at $1,000,000 crew gross margin. This is performance-based, uncapped potential rather than guaranteed compensation.

• $85K–$100K base + 10% of YOUR crew's collected, adjusted gross margin
• $115K–$130K expected total cash at the four-person $300K crew-margin plan; $185K–$200K at $1M crew margin
• Quality/safety factor (0.7x–1.0x)
• 75% of earned margin incentive paid quarterly; 25% held for the annual collections, warranty, and callback true-up
• Mentorship royalty — a declining 3-year override on a crew member's new crew when you develop them into their own Crew Lead
• The gross-margin incentive is earned from profitable, collected work rather than guaranteed salary

What You Bring

• Active Virginia DPOR Master HVAC license
• Current EPA Section 608 certification
• Willingness to be designated a QI on the company license
