Role Overview Role Overview We are seeking an entry-level HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering preventive maintenance, conducting repairs on residential HVAC systems, and cleaning and sanitizing HVAC duct systems while providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, indoor air quality, and company sponsored programs. What You Bring • HVAC trade school certificate or equivalent experience preferred. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. - Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
