What You'll Do
As an HVAC Installation Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced installation professionals to help install residential heating and cooling systems in customers' homes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with residential HVAC system installations
- Supporting lead installers with equipment setup and installation activities
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Providing exceptional customer service and professionalism on every job
- Learning industry best practices and technical skills to advance your career

Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience preferred
- Relevant licenses or certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
