<p>We’re looking for an experienced <strong>HVAC Install Manager</strong> to lead our residential installation department in Charleston. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows residential HVAC installation, can lead and develop technicians, and understands how to run a productive, profitable install department.</p>
<h2>What You'll Do</h2>
<p>As the HVAC Install Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the installation department, including:</p>

<p>Lead, coach, train, and develop HVAC installation teams</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage daily installation schedules, manpower, and job assignments</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure installations are completed correctly, efficiently, safely, and to company standards</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor department KPIs, productivity, job costing, callbacks, and overall performance</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining a strong customer experience</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct quality-control checks and address installation or workmanship concerns</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work closely with sales, service, warehouse, dispatch, and leadership teams</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure crews have the equipment, materials, and information needed to complete jobs successfully</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Help recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing installers</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Hold team members accountable to performance and company expectations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and installation capacity</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure compliance with applicable codes, permitting requirements, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support inventory and equipment planning based on installation demand</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, urgency, and continuous improvement</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>
<ul>

<p>Strong residential HVAC installation experience required</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Previous HVAC leadership or management experience strongly preferred</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Thorough understanding of residential HVAC systems, installation practices, and troubleshooting</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to effectively manage multiple installation crews and a fast-moving schedule</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong leadership and people-development skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Comfortable managing performance through KPIs and department goals</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to identify operational problems and implement solutions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Customer-focused mindset with high standards for quality</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with <strong>Service Titan</strong> or similar home-services software is a plus</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Must be able to successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening requirements</p>
</li>

<p><strong>Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience</strong></p>
<p><strong>PLUS bonus potential based on department and company performance.</strong></p>
