<h2>What You'll Be Doing</h2>
<p>As an HVAC Service Apprentice, you'll learn the residential HVAC service business from the ground up.</p>
<ul>
<li>Participate in our structured 8–12 week paid training program</li>
<li>Learn how residential heating and cooling systems operate</li>
<li>Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians with diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment</li>
<li>Develop troubleshooting and mechanical skills</li>
<li>Learn how to communicate confidently and professionally with homeowners</li>
<li>Help educate customers on their HVAC systems and available service options</li>
<li>Follow safety procedures and company service standards</li>
<li>Build the skills necessary to grow into a successful HVAC Service Technician</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Experience in any of these backgrounds is a PLUS, but NOT required:</strong></p>

<li>Automotive or mechanical work</li>
<li>Sales or customer service</li>
<li>Construction or general trades</li>
<li>Maintenance or repair work</li>
<li>Retail or hospitality with strong customer interaction</li>
<li>Any hands-on, physically active work environment</li>
</ul>
