<p>• <strong>All the Tools You Need:</strong> Company vehicle, gas card, phone & tablet<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><br><br>As an HVAC Service Tech at Fix-It 24/7, you’ll be the hero homeowners count on to keep their systems running safely and efficiently.</p>
<p>• Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair HVAC systems in residential homes</p>
<p>• Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, A/C units, and more</p>
<p>• Communicate solutions clearly with homeowners & recommend upgrades to improve comfort and efficiency</p>
<p>• Deliver legendary customer service every call, every time</p>
<p>• Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of techs<br><br><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<p>• 1+ years of residential HVAC service experience</p>
<p>• EPA Certification required</p>
<p>• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record</p>
<p>• Ability to pass background & drug screening</p>
<p>• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills</p>
