Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Santa FE, NM area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Install HVAC equipment on new construction projects
- HVAC installation for remodels and renovation work
- Install furnaces, air conditioning systems, and related equipment
- Install and modifying gas piping
- Refrigeration line installation
- Brazing and soldering
- Electrical troubleshooting and equipment connections
- Using gauges, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools
- Read equipment specifications and installation requirements
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Coordinate with customers, coworkers, and other trades
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
- Must have OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
- Ability to pass an MVR
- At least one applicable Journeyman-level license
- Candidates should have the basic hand and HVAC-specific tools necessary to perform the work, including:
- HVAC gauges
- Drill / impact gun
- Multimeter
- Standard hand tools
- Brazing / soldering equipment
- Other commonly used HVAC installation tools
