Inventory & Operations Manager

$40,000–$55,000/year | 4-Day Work Week | Mountain View, Arkansas

Baluster Medical is a fast-growing medical products company affiliated with Urban Forge and operating from our Mountain View campus. We sell across Amazon, eBay, direct-to-consumer, and other channels and are looking for someone to take ownership of inventory and fulfillment operations as the business grows. 

What You’ll Do

• Own inventory accuracy across locations and sales channels
• Manage receiving, container unloads, warehouse organization, picking, palletizing, and fulfillment
• Keep inventory and fulfillment records aligned across Amazon, eBay, direct sales, and other channels
• Work in Amazon Seller Central, ShipStation, QuickBooks, and related systems
• Identify and solve operational issues before they affect customers
• Split time between office work and hands-on warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems
• Able to learn new business systems quickly
• Ecommerce, inventory, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is a plus
• Physically capable of assisting with warehouse work when needed

What We Offer

• $40,000–$55,000 annual salary, based on experience
• 4-day work week — Monday through Thursday
• Three-day weekends
• 2 weeks paid vacation after 90 days
• Stable, full-time position
