Job Leader / Job Foremen Electrician:

Responsible for the planning, supervising and the performing of electrical installations.

Must be able to:

• Work with and lead a team
• Build team atmosphere and motivate the team on a job site
• Work well with, for, and along side customers
• Read and apply drawings and prints
• Read and apply job site specifications

Applicant must also be:

• Licensed JW in state of SD and city of Sioux Falls
• OSHA 10 hour safety certification
• Familiar with basic Word, Excel, Outlook
• Understand NFPA 70E and NEC basic concepts to apply to job site installations

Not required but recommended:

• 8 years' experience - 3 of which in leadership role running projects
• OSHA 30 hour
• Additional leadership courses / seminars
• Additional team building courses / seminars
