Compensation & Benefits

Expected total cash compensation at plan: $62,740–$79,380/yr. $4,500 at-plan annual crew margin share (1.5% of $300,000 crew gross margin), paid quarterly and quality-gated. This estimate excludes the value of benefits and discretionary annual company profit sharing.
