Lead Carpenter

Toensing Construction is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to run the day-to-day on our remodeling projects. You will manage a small crew on site, communicate directly with clients, and take ownership of quality and schedule across kitchen and bathroom remodels, historic restorations, and ADU builds throughout Rhode Island.

What We Are Looking For

• 5 or more years of carpentry experience, including time leading a crew or jobsite
• Ability to read plans, coordinate the schedule, and manage subcontractors
• Confident, professional communication with clients on site
• Strong organizational skills and attention to quality on every job
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with historic or detail-oriented remodels is a plus
