Lead Installer — Windows, Doors & Siding

The top of the exteriors install ladder for window installation, door installation, and siding installation across Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads. You lead the hardest work, including large multi-slide and panoramic door systems, train installers under you, and are responsible for flashing, drainage-plane, and finish quality.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected total cash compensation at plan: $66,900–$79,380/yr. $4,500 at-plan annual crew margin share (1.5% of $300,000 crew gross margin), paid quarterly and quality-gated. This estimate excludes the value of benefits and discretionary annual company profit sharing.
