Lead Service Plumber

Crest Plumbing is hiring a Lead Service Plumber in Cookeville, Tennessee. The role pays a $30 per hour base plus commission above a weekly service baseline, includes local residential routes and a company truck, and requires a current Tennessee Limited Licensed Plumber license.

Responsibilities:

• Water heater repair, replacement, and maintenance — tank and tankless systems
• Rinnai and Navien error code diagnosis
• Drain cleaning, snaking, root cutting, camera inspection, and hydro jetting assessment
• Leak detection: in-wall, under-floor, slab, and underground
• Fixture repair and replacement: toilets, faucets, disposals, supply lines, shutoff valves
• Gas line repair and appliance connections within LLP scope
• Water line leak assessment, repair planning, and replacement recommendations
• Water softener installation, filtration service, and on-site hardness testing
• Pre-purchase plumbing inspections with written findings
• Flat-rate pricing conversations with homeowners

Requirements:

• Tennessee LLP: Required and non-negotiable for this role

• Clean Driving Record: Required for the company vehicle
