Job Purpose:
- As a Lead Supervisor at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC, you will be responsible for directing daily workflows, assigning shifts and tasks, and ensuring quality and safety compliance within the team. Your role will involve mediating workplace conflicts, troubleshooting operational bottlenecks, and reporting activity metrics to upper management.
