Lead Technician (Nights)

The Crew Lead reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for the execution of Hard Services for all ASML buildings during their assigned shift.   This includes the coordination of all reactive and proactive maintenance work performed with the objective to eliminate all downtime caused by and facility maintenance Hard Services assets/equipment/processes.   The Crew Lead will also be responsible to maximize the maintenance work force efficiency and productivity through leadership and innovation, reducing the total maintenance cost and improving facility asset reliability.  The Crew Lead will spend the majority of their time in the manufacturing...
