Engineering Manager πŸ“ Muskego, Wisconsin (Onsite) Lead Innovation / Drive Manufacturing Excellence / Build the Future. We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead product engineering, R&D, and continuous improvement initiatives at our Muskego, WI manufacturing facility. This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, driving operational performance, managing capital projects up to $5M, and developing a high-performing engineering team. What You'll Do As Engineering Manager, you will: βœ… Lead the design, development, and launch of new products from concept through production βœ… Drive engineering initiatives focused on product performance, reliability, quality, and cost reduction βœ… Partner with Operations, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver innovative and manufacturable solutions βœ… Manage capital projects ranging from $50K to $5M , from business case through implementation βœ… Oversee CAD standards, product documentation, design reviews, and engineering best practices βœ… Support manufacturing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve OEE βœ… Lead root cause investigations, customer issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts βœ… Develop supplier relationships to enhance product quality, reliability, and cost effectiveness βœ… Build, mentor, and lead a team of engineers and technical professionals βœ… Serve as a technical leader and key contributor to strategic business initiatives What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 7+ years of experience in Product Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Production Process Engineering 3+ years of engineering leadership or management experience Strong experience within a manufacturing environment Expertise in new product development and product lifecycle management Experience with GD&T and engineering drawing standards Experience using Inventor or similar advanced CAD systems Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Engineering or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license Experience leading capital projects and manufacturing improvements Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DOE, or Continuous Improvement experience Customer-facing problem-solving and quality systems experience Experience working closely with suppliers and production operations Why Join Us? πŸš€ Lead impactful projects that shape the future of our products πŸ’‘ Influence product strategy, innovation, and manufacturing excellence πŸ‘₯ Build and develop a talented engineering team πŸ— Manage multimillion-dollar capital projects πŸ“ˆ Drive meaningful improvements in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction 🀝 Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams Location πŸ“ Muskego, WI This is an onsite leadership position .
