<p><strong>Pay</strong>: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday to Friday – Weekends as needed&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Start Up Manager include</strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Installation Coordination –Oversee the installation of HVAC equipment, ensuring it meets project specifications and building codes.</li>
<li>Start-up and Testing – Perform pre-functional checks, functional performance tests, and system balancing to ensure optimal operation.</li>
<li>Documentation Management – Maintain detailed records of start-up procedures, test results, and warranty information.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting and Problem-solving – Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems during start-up and operation.</li>
<li>Client Communication – Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.</li>
<li>Team Leadership – Supervise and guide technicians and other team members involved in the start-up process.</li>
<li>Compliance and Safety – Ensure all activities comply with relevant building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Warranty Management – Track and manage warranties for HVAC equipment.</li>
<li>Close-out Documentation – Prepare and submit necessary close-out documents, including as-built drawings and operating manuals.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualified candidates will have</strong>:&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma, G.E.D., or College Degree (Preferred)</li>
<li>Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience (Preferred)</li>
<li>The ability to perform takeoffs and read construction blueprints and estimates.</li>
<li>The ability to gather, analyze, and appropriately act on data.</li>
<li>The ability to collaborate and work well with others to accomplish shared goals.</li>
<li>Time management skills and ability to switch tasks effectively; ability to learn and apply learning quickly.</li>
<li>PC computer skills.</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license.</li>
