Hill York seeks an Estimator to join our Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Mechanical teams. This position plays a critical role in the successful pursuit and execution of Building Management System (BMS), controls projects, and mechanical projects by developing accurate, complete, and competitive estimates for complex building automation and mechanical systems. Working closely with sales, engineering, operations, vendors, and subcontractors, the Estimator evaluates project requirements, develops project scope, analyzes costs, and helps ensure a seamless transition from estimating to project execution.
