Responsibilities

• Grow membership sales through follow-up, referrals, and outreach.
• Increase member retention and reduce cancellations. 
• Coach team members on membership conversations. 
• Track results and identify growth opportunities. 
• Represent the company at events and community activities. 

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics.
