• Project Setup & Coordination
• Procore Management
• Permitting & Compliance
• Documentation & Controls
• Scheduling & Billing Support
• Welcome Email Distribution
• Project Closeout

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of construction or project engineering experience
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, DocuSign, Dropbox
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

WORK CONDITIONS:

• Office-based with regular job site visits
• Exposure to construction environments and weather conditions
• Local travel required
• Compliance with safety, vaccination, and credentialing requirements
