  • Compensation: $27-$32 per hour + additional earning opportunities!
What You'll Do:
  • Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water distribution, wastewater disposal, fixtures, and piping.
  • Help locate and mark positions for connections, install supports/hangers, assemble valves, and conduct rigorous leak testing on all systems.
  • Ensure all work is properly sized, aligned, and graded according to local building codes and environmental protection standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle, manage inventory levels, and ensure all project paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, management, and the installation team to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Represent the company by adhering to high service standards and actively participating in training, morning meetings, and trade events.
  What You Bring: 
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in the service and repair of plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Apprentice-level proficiency with a solid grasp of local plumbing codes and the ability to apply them in real-time on the job.
  • A personable professional who can stay calm under pressure, diffuse "messy" situations, and find creative solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written skills for clear interaction with the team and clients.
  • High-integrity individual with a growth mindset—dedicated to continuous improvement and personal excellence.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable record and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
  • Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
  • Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
