No plumbing license required. No plumbing degree required. Crest needs the right person: consistent, coachable, respectful in customers' homes, and serious about building a career in the trade.

This apprentice role starts with the basics and builds toward Tennessee LLP licensure through structured, documented field training alongside Jeff and Crest's lead plumbers.

Responsibilities:

• Job site preparation and clean-up
• Pipe, fixture, shutoff, and tool identification
• Housecall Pro notes and customer interaction basics
• Toilet, faucet, supply line, and shutoff replacement
• Basic drain clearing and PEX fitting work
• Explaining completed work to the homeowner
• Water heater replacement and sewer camera operation
• Leak isolation and whole-home walkthroughs
• Documented hours and LLP exam preparation

Requirements:

• Reliability: Customers plan around service appointments. Showing up consistently is the first skill Crest evaluates.
• Physical Readiness: Plumbing includes crawl spaces, tight access, lifting, dirty work, and weather. The work is real.
• Respectful Communication: Apprentices are in customers' homes from day one, so basic professionalism matters immediately.
