Post-frame building crew member

Work on the jobsite framing post-frame buildings — residential, agricultural, equestrian, and commercial — from layout through final trim. This is a hands-on field role with a real path to foreman for those who earn it.

What we look for:

• Carpentry, framing, or construction experience preferred — we will train the right person
• Physically able to work outdoors year-round in Pacific Northwest weather
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Comfortable working at heights with appropriate fall protection
• Wants to grow — the foreman path here runs straight through the framing crew
