If you are passionate about applied science, product development, and making a real impact for customers, this is your opportunity to grow and leave your mark across the LATAM region. ✨ Your Mission You will serve as the technical bridge between science and solutions: responsible for application and product development in the edible oil purification and biofuels segments , providing specialized technical support to both the commercial team and our customers throughout the LATAM region. 🌍 What We Offer Be part of a global leader in specialty chemicals Regional scope with international exposure and involvement in strategic projects An innovative and collaborative environment that values sustainability and positive impact Professional development opportunities and career growth Participation in projects with direct impact on key LATAM clients and markets Work with a high-performance portfolio of innovations and specialty chemicals Responsibilities Development & Innovation: Conduct routine and investigative laboratory work, perform experiments, and actively contribute to innovation projects from lab scale through to commercial production Digital Transformation: Implement and support digital transformation initiatives across the region, leveraging advanced data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence Technical Support: Handle customer sample requests and provide specialized technical assistance to the sales team across the LATAM region Product Portfolio: Coordinate the product scale-up process for reformulations and new formulations, in collaboration with QC/QA teams Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to development process standards, review testing methodologies, and keep hazardous substance records up to date Knowledge Transfer: Share technical expertise with new team members and interns on products, procedures, and laboratory safety Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in analytical laboratories Proficiency in English and Spanish (both required) Knowledge of cGMP/HACCP standards and statistical analysis software (Matlab, Minitab, or Python) Proactive profile with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to independently manage development projects Lean Six Sigma certification (desirable) Our Offer Beneficios adicionales a los de conforme Ley.
